superior king room beautiful view great service
the king room had a view of knocknarea and was very clean. great service was provided (i especially liked the friendly staff). the atmosphere was calm, and i felt very professional throughout my stay.
the hotel did attempt to charge me twice for breakfast, but the issue was eventually solved.

broken heater cold room
The room was spacious (good for storing luggage).
The room was quite cold. When I contacted reception, I was told to adjust the nonexistent electric heater. I asked for a small heater, but it was broken and unstable. I nearly injured myself trying to move it.

LOVED my Getaway!
smooth check-in stocked fridge quick service attentive staff
I had a VERY smooth check-in process. The staff were super friendly. The superior double room was clean. It included a fridge stocked with water. Breakfast in the restaurant offered many options. The service was quick. I never had to wait long for tea or toast. Everyone was attentive!
The gym got a little crowded around 6 pm. It only has a few treadmills, so I had to wait a bit to start my workout though!

The staff addressed all queries promptly and with a smile. They arranged taxi services efficiently. The reception team offered luggage assistance upon arrival. It was SUCH a relief after a long journey.

The leisure club features a well maintained swimming pool. I also saw a sauna for guest use. The hotel offers ample parking spaces. The gardens are beautifully landscaped for quiet moments. WOW!

working charger spacious room fantastic shower breakfast buffet
the ev charger worked well upon arrival. my room was spacious and very clean (close to the leisure centre!). the shower was fantastic, with a great selection of tv channels. the breakfast buffet suited my needs perfectly.
The room doors from the corridor were loud. I didn't get much sleep because guests were closing doors throughout the night.

excellent hotel with homely feel
ev charger cute face spacious room homely atmosphere
i stayed for a training course. it was great to see an ev charger, so it took away the hassle of looking for a spot in town. the reception had a cute face. the room was very spacious and clean and close to the leisure center (handy!). the hotel has a homely atmosphere.
the bathroom door was very squeaky. the doors into the bedrooms from the corridor were very loud, so i didn't get much sleep as there were guests closing doors through the night.

one gentleman served drinks in the lobby very late at night. he also made sandwiches when asked, greatly appreciated.

friendly staff good bar food tasty breakfast great value
mary and arun greeted me upon arrival. both were friendly and helpful. they assisted with check-in and ordering a taxi. the bar food was very good and fairly priced. the breakfast was hot and tasty!!! the hotel's price point matched the quality and pool access.
i could hear noises from other rooms and the corridor. this suggests a possible soundproofing issue. the window seal seemed broken, allowing a draught.

the breakfast was nice. the staff was friendly!
The main course i had in the bar was not good. it tasted bland. the onion rings tasted bad too. the service was slow. We waited a long time to order.
